I have grown up with a love for all things sports, I dived into various activities, with swimming & netball becoming my favourites.

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University Class of 2021 with a BSC Hons Degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy, I then went on to become a fully qualified acupuncture specialist.

I am now your dedicated sports therapist, I create customised treatment plans that not only help you achieve specific fitness goals but also address your holistic needs.
